Saturday morning I jumped out of bed and had some scrambled eggs on toast with my family, I got dressed and got in the car ready to have my nails done. We zoomed down the roads and arrived at Dominical we were two minutes late but it didn’t matter.

When I walked through the doors, the smell of nail varnish went straight up my nose. I sat down and she asked me what colour I wanted on my nails. I didn’t know what to pick as there was a huge selection of different colours. It was amazing, I couldn’t decide so my mum had to help me choose! I decided on the dark pink. She used a bottom layer then the dark pink and then a top layer. She then asked if I wanted one a light pink on each hand, and so I did.

Once she finished the top layer I started to feel a bit hungry so my mum said that we could go next door to a cafe and have something to eat and drink. I had a chocolate milkshake and some strawberry ice cream, my mum had a smoothie. We got our playing cards out and played two games one rummy (my mum won) and the speed game (which I won).

We left the cafe and popped in some shops on the way to the beach. Mum and I bought a hammock to relax in while Fin and Dad surfed. We carried on walking down to the beach. Once we had arrived at the beach we put our hammock up and lay in it. We then went in the sea for a swim and body board.

This was a lovely day and I really enjoyed it.
